The History of the Ishukone-Raata Enforcement Directive [I-RED]
Since the founding of the Ishuk-Raata Enforcement Directive or Ishukone-Raata, the organisation has always followed the policies and general teachings of the Caldari Mega-Corporation known as the Ishukone Corporation.
The pilots of Ishukone-Raata otherwise refered to as "Enforcers" follow strict guidelines and regulations that have been put in place to keep stability and peace within its internal structure. These guideline make sure the Enforcers show great respect for the Caldari State, Ishukone Corporation, and Ishukone-Raata's assets and property.
These Enforcers of Ishukone-Raata have great responcibility and duty that is not the taste for everyone. The Ishukone-Raata Enforcer Academy has reported that only 34% of its applicants pass the courses. Most cases are a due to a conflict of Ideals that majority of Capsuleers seem to have, with such high standards and hardend policies the Ishukone-Raata quite often turns away "Pirate" mentality applicants.
With such high standards for how they treat Human Resources, life within Ishukone-Raata is quite pleasurble. The Average Enforcer is treated with respect no matter the race or bloodline, and usualy manages to create a growing social life as well as the gain of prestiege and assets throughout there career as a Enforcer more so then if they chose a path of destruction such as Piracy or Terrorism that plagues the EvE Universe. With these bennifits and Elite Ideals, the Ishukone-Raata Enforcers have gained the respect of allies within the Caldari State as well as the Amarr Empire.

- YC 111.03.22 The Ishukone-Raata Enforcement Directive is thrown into a string of Wars against Mercenary Organisations for 2 months due to its Anti-Piracy Operations within the Caldari State.
- YC 111.03.24 The Ishukone-Raata Enforcement Directive Holds elections, Major Smoke of the Revenent Defence Corporation wins Vice Presidency.
- YC 111.03.27 The Ishukone-Raata Enforcement Directive is given a new Mission Statement by officials within the Ishukone Corporation to assist the Amarr Empire hold "Lawless" extention of there borders.
- YC 111.04.01 The Ishukone-Raata Enforcement Directive establishes a base of Operations in the CVA controled system 9UY. Operation "Condor" Begins.
- YC 111.04.03 The Ishukone-Raata Enforcement Directive deploys Hit and Run, and Small Tactical Fleet Docteins in Operation "Condor" with great success.
- YC 111.06.24 The Ishukone-Raata Enforcement Directive is attacked with a Decleration of War against the Ushra'Khan Organisation. Operation "Shinryaku" Begins.
- YC 111.06.26 The Ishukone-Raata Enforcement Directive engages Ushra'Khan in several small scale skirmishes to test the resolve and manpower of there enemy.
- YC 111.06.28 The Ishukone-Raata Enforcement Directive launches a full scale assualt on the Ushra'Khan operational systems in the Tash-Murkon region resulting in great success.

- YC 111.07.27 The Ishukone-Raata Enforcement Directive is given a new Mission Statement by officials within the Ishukone Corporation to secure assets of the Caldari State within Providence and the Shintaht Solar System.
- YC 111.07.28 The Ishukone-Raata Enforcement Directive moves their base of operations from 9UY to Shintaht. Operation "Konkoras" Begins.
- YC 111.08.20 The Ishukone-Raata Enforcement Directive places protective operations in the Intaki Solar System after Ishukone Corporation is announced bidding winner for "Development Rights". Operation "Intaki Begins.
