DIRECTIVE: A1 "Anti-Piracy Act"

Ishuk-Raata Enforcement Pilots: The A1 Directive, otherwise known as the Anti-Piracy Act, has been put in place to assist in our daily operations. All I-RED pilots will follow this directive to the letter.

- Article 1: Pilots shall not engage in any and all acts of piracy (can flipping, looting undesignated wrecks, ransom acts, etc).

- Article 2: Pilots shall combat acts of piracy when possible. (can flipping, looting undesignated wrecks, ransom acts, etc.)

- Article 3a: Pilots shall enforce the NRDS policy in Highsec, Lowsec, and Nullsec at all times NO EXCEPTIONS unless otherwise noted. (Note: policy does not include the Syndicate Region ROE, and a stipulation of possible change at any time to the article by correct officials.)

- Article 3b: Pilots are able to operate under Syndicate Region ROE (NBSI Policy), this does not include ransom, or any other pirate activity.

- Article 4: Pilots involved in paying or reciving of ransoms will be placed under investigation and possibly expelled from Ishuk-Raata.

DIRECTIVE: A2 "COM Act"

Ishuk-Ratta Enforcement Pilots: The A2 Directive, otherwise known as the COM Act, has been put in place to assist in daily operations. All enforcement pilots are to follow this directive.

- Article 1: Communications in alliance mail will be restricted to essential information.

- Article 2: Replies to a communication in alliance mail will be sent via Personal EvE Mail and not directly replied to via alliance mail. Communications that do not follow these criteria will be deleted without notice.

- Article 3: Communications at all times will be smacktalk free in all public chat channels. This includes Local/Diplomatic Channels/Alliance/Alliance Sub Channels/Mailing Lists/Alliance Mail.

DIRECTIVE: A4 "Fleet Integrity Act"

- Article 1: Pilots may not fly Tech 3 Strategic Cruisers during Wartime/0.0 Operations.

- Article 2: Pilots may not fly Tech 1 Faction Vessel of the Cruiser to Battleship class during Wartime/0.0 Operations.

- Article 3: Freighters are not to be piloted during wartime or in 0.0 unless under appropriate escort.

- Article 4: NO PILOT may fly a capital ship without having attended and passed the Capital Training Program.

- Article 5: Pilots who lose an excessive amount of ships at a cost to Alliance KB status will result in investigation and possible expulsion from the alliance for the pilot and possibly the Corporation in question.

DIRECTIVE: A3 "Enforcer Safety Act"

Ishuk-Raata Enforcement Pilots: The A3 Directive, otherwise known as the Enforcer Safety Act, has been put in place to make sure you, whether a new pilot or a vet of the spacelanes, can survive. All enforcement pilots will follow this Directive to the letter.

- Article 1: The local channel is to be open at ALL times while operating in 0.0 or during wartime operations.

- Article 2: All Pilots are to use specified Intel Channels at all times. (More Information may be found with a Alliance Official.)

- Article 3: All pilots are to use EXTREME CAUTION while ratting/patroling/hauling.

- Article 4: When in doubt ask a superior. This will keep you alive.

- Article 5A: Use common sense.

- Article 5B: Be smart and use caution when in hostile territory.

Directive: A5 "Starbase Directorate Act"

Ishuk-Raata Enforcement Pilots: The A5 Directive, otherwise known as the Starbase Directorate Act, has been put in place to ensure stability and security within the Ishuk-Raata Enforcement Directive. ANYONE WHO FAILS TO ADHEAR TO THIS ACT WILL BE EXPELLED FROM THE ALLIANCE.

- Article 1: All Player Owned Structures must be approved and logged by the Ishuk-Raata Starbase Directorate.

- Article 2: 0.0 Towers MUST be approved by the Ishuk-Raata Starbase Directorate before attempting to erect the tower. Failure to do so will result expulsion.

- Article 3: All towers located in 0.0 must be removed before expulsion or resignation from Ishuk-Raata.
